Meet Your Chief Polish Officer

I'm Chandelle Pinckney, founder of POISE and your Chief Polish Officer. I'm a New Yorker by birth and a Charlestonian by choice, though in many ways, coming here felt like coming home. My family’s roots run deep in the Lowcountry, and returning to Charleston to build something meaningful in this city has been one of the most intentional decisions of my life.

 

My path to POISE wasn't a straight line.  For more than ten years I've led programs and teams across software, federal and public-sector work, and enterprise data environments, including Director-level roles in customer experience and project delivery. I've seen what happens when a process breaks, and I know how to fix it. POISE brings that experience to small business owners, executives, and families in Summerville and Charleston. I work with founders and teams on operations, and I come to you as a commissioned South Carolina Notary Public for the documents that matter most.

During my career I've had the opportunity to work in various industries and gain expansive education and training on how to run a business. My career was about making complicated things run smoothly. I hold a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and a master's in business analytics.
